1. Who is responsible

For the purchase itself, Digistore24 GmbH acts as seller and merchant of record and is the controller for the payment data it collects. Digistore24's own privacy policy applies to the checkout and is shown on the order form.

2. What we collect

• The e-mail address used at checkout, and the order reference passed to us by Digistore24
• The credit balance and usage history of the account
• The code samples, files and project details the customer sends with a support request

We do not receive or store card numbers. Card data is handled entirely by Digistore24 and its payment processors.

3. Why we use it

• To add purchased credits to the customer's account and confirm the purchase
• To answer support requests
• To keep records required by law
• To contact the customer about their order

4. Code and project data

Code sent with a support request is used only to answer that request. It is not published, shared with third parties, or used to train any model. Customers are asked not to send credentials, production secrets or third-party confidential data; if such data is received, it is deleted on discovery.

5. Sharing

Customer data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Our service providers — Digistore24 as reseller, our e-mail provider and our hosting provider — access only the data necessary to deliver the service.

6. Retention

Account and order data is kept for as long as the account is active and for the retention period required by law. Code sent with support requests is deleted within 12 months of the request being answered.

7. Your rights

Customers may request access to their data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of their data, restriction of processing, and a copy of their data in a portable format. Requests are handled within 30 days. Write to destek@xxdev.site.

8. Cookies

This site uses only the cookies necessary to serve the pages. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The checkout, hosted by Digistore24, sets its own cookies under its own policy.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect customer data. In the event of a data breach affecting customers, we inform the customers concerned and the relevant authorities.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated. Material changes are communicated to customers by e-mail.
